Join Samantha on Tuesday mornings for her Yoga for Strength Class from 10:30 to 11:30 am. During the class, we will be focusing on building strength through the whole body, arms, legs, core, and mind. Not only will you build strength, but you will become more flexible and balanced. It is encouraged to take this class as a month-long series, but you are able to join us as a walk-in as well.
