Join Samantha on Thursday mornings for her Slow Somatic Yoga Movement Class from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

Slow Somatic Yoga Movement Class focuses on gentle movement and breathing techniques to help us reconnect to our bodies. We will focus on finding more calmness and clarity. Props are available to assist people in their practice. These classes are appropriate for beginners as well as people with yoga experience who prefer a more quiet practice.
