Brave New Gita  Saturday, April 1    3:00 - 4:30 p.m.

The Bhagavad Gita is an ideal text for anyone interested in the essence of spirituality.  Brave New Gita is a class where the Gita's history, terminology and teachings are presented and discussed in relation to personal and societal needs, current events, environmental issues, world religions, and science.  This donation based class is for everyone.

Men's Yoga Series on Sunday mornings   9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
with Samantha Free

This hour long class teaches the basic hog poses in a way appropriate for beginners and those with experience as well.  Each month a new posture is introduced.

The class is offered as a monthly series - for April's 5 Sundays the fee is $62.50.
Drop in students are welcome also - the fee is $20 per class.

Nancy will be returning to her regular schedule beginning Thursday, April 13 with her 10:15 moderate/strong vinyasa class.

Beginning Tuesday April 4 we are pleased to offer two new classes.

Morning: 10:15 - 11:30 - gentle/moderate flow with Kathy Delia

in this flow class we will pause to allow the body to settle into each asana, giving time and space to feel the full expression of the poses.

Evening: 6:00 - 7:15 - moderate/strong vinyasa with Samantha Free

Strengthen your practice and challenge yourself with this  evening vinyasa practice. Inquire about special monthly series offering.
