World Dance Exploration invites families to explore multi-cultural folk dances, learn about different countries, and cultures and appreciate the diversity of people and traditions from around the globe.  Journey from North America to Europe, Asia, and Africa by way of dance, as we simultaneously strengthen and enjoy the spirit of community right here.

Pray, Dance, Love is a meditation-in-motion practice designed for wellness of body, mind, and spirit.  It begins with a warm-up that loosens the muscles and joints, releases tension, stimulates all the meridians and chakras of the body, and grounds one in the individual intension of his or her practice, and empowerment from Source.  The format blends guided and individually-inspired freestyle movement, accessible to any body, and it is created with regard for each individual’s full freedom to Pray, Dance, Love according to their own belief system and self-expression.

Creative kid’s yoga is a playful and innovative approach to exploring yoga. Children will develop a healthy partnership with their body through yoga by learning fun postures to strengthen, stretch and tone muscles. Breathing techniques to calm, energize and balance the body as well as promote concentration.

The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient yoga-philosophy text that is part of the voluminous writings known as the Vedic literature. BRAVE NEW GITA is a class where the Gita’s history, terminology and teachings are explained and discussed in relation to our present challenges and opportunities.  As a non-sectarian text, the Gita may be of interest and use to everyone.
