— 4 week beginner series

This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to begin at the beginning (always a good idea). You will learn yoga breathing techniques; basic poses – standing, seated and reclining; and beginning philosophy. Four 1 hour classes lead by Samantha Free.

In this 10 week series, you will learn the basics of Tai Chi – standing, moving, breathing, and why you should practice Tai Chi. After completing this 10 week series, you will be able to continue on into our intermediate class.

The Bhagavad Gita is India’s best known ancient text on practical spirituality. Mark Oppenheimer will give a lively lecture on the Gita’s non-sectarian basics as they relate to life today. Discussion and refreshment will follow.
